It was in the year 1990, when we founded the first Slovenian Lions Club. That’s the period, when we adopted the noble idea of Lionism.

We contributed humanism and enriched it with content through friendship with a feel for the past, present and future moment. Our countless actions established us in the Slovenian space and worldwide Lionism.

I would like to mention, that I’m content and pride and have many pleasant feelings about being among the founders of the small Lions Club of Ljubljana, which helped to create the Slovenian Lions movement.

The passed time since the foundation is a sum of many little humane and noble actions, performed by the Lions, which join into a great deed by the Slovenian Lions.
